The next generation of powder coating
The IPS is a powerful, highly integrated and fully automated powder supply and color change system. It has a double fresh powder supply, powder preparation by ultrasonic sieving, vibration and fluidization, as well as high-precision powder dosing elements for powder feeding to the guns. Integrated sensors such as weight, flow, pressure and level sensors as well as the fully automatic color change system offer high efficiency and productivity. The SFT feeding concept („Smart Feeding Technology“) produces a constant powder feed even for high output rates over a long period of time. The IPS is embedded in a complete system with central operation.

Optimal integration
